Founded in 1451, University of Glasgow is located in Glasgow city of Scotland. It is the fourth oldest university in UK. Despite being one of the ancient universities, it is placed among the modern and innovative universities. In addition, Glasgow University is awarded "the best Scotland University" by Good University Guide 2018. University of Glasgow was entered into the TOP 100 in the QS World University Rankings in 2018.
There are two campuses “Gilmorehill” and “Garscube” in the city center. In the south of the city is situated Dumfries campus. From both campuses to the center of the city often provide transports such as buses and subways. Albert Einstein lectured on the theory of relativity theory at the university in 1933. University of Glasgow has a very wide network of graduates. Among university graduates are names of famous statesmen, artists and others.
